Welcome to Ayubots. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of Ayubots' website, products, and services. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Ayubots services are intended solely for businesses. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization and that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Services

Ayubots provides services to enhance the functionality and operations of your business. By using our services, you agree to use them only for legitimate business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or make available our services to other businesses or third parties without explicit written authorization from Ayubots. Unauthorized reselling will result in the permanent termination of your account.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription to Ayubots services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the selected plan. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable after the designated refund window (see Refund Policy). If payment is not received, Ayubots reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

4. Service Modifications and Updates

We continuously seek to improve our services and may modify or update the features, functionality, or content without prior notice. However, we will strive to inform users of major changes that could significantly impact the way they use the services. Ayubots will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by these modifications or updates.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

If we determine that you are in breach of these Terms, or if your actions pose a risk to Ayubots, its infrastructure, or its users, we may suspend or terminate your account. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur without prior notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Ayubots, including but not limited to software, content, trademarks, logos, and designs, are owned by Ayubots. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the services strictly for your business needs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the services without explicit permission from Ayubots.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ayubots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription to our services within the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ayubots. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You agree to release Ayubots from any liability arising from your use of third-party resources.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When significant updates are made, we will notify you through the appropriate communication channels. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
